After payment is received, all purchases are usually mailed out within 1-2 business days.

Please decline shipment and alert us within 24 hours if packages are delivered in unfit condition.
Please OPEN and CHECK the packet as soon as possible before signing for it in normal circumstances. Items that are defective or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

RETURNS
Return within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to replace or refund the purchase amount at our discretion.
To get a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA), the customer must first contact us.
Any warranty item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including all contents and components.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, however we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.
