Fluke 438 Series II Power Quality Analyzer

The Fluke 438-II is the ideal test tool for those who need to locate, predict and prevent both mechanical function and power quality issues. The three-phase power quality analyzer gives technicians the electrical information they need to troubleshoot any issue. The motor speed function of the 438-II provides users with a real time measurement of the rotational speed of the motor’s shaft. The motor speed combined with the torque measurement gives the technician a snapshot of the current mechanical performance of the electric motor. Measures the actual mechanical power (displayed in hp or kW) produced by motors and provides a direct link to overloading conditions without simply basing it on the motor current.
